Creative & Performance Associate

(Full-Time, WFH, Greater Jakarta Only)

✨POV: You’re the kind of creative who notices both the vibe and the numbers.

You care about how a campaign feels and whether it actually lands. You’re the one asking: “Cool, but does it convert?”

Your Notes app is probably full of ad hooks, TikTok screenshots, event ideas, and random inspo you’ve saved at 2am. You’re obsessed with why something worked (or flopped) and you’re always pulling it apart in your head.

At Cult Suri, you won’t just be making “nice” things. You’ll be shaping how the brand shows up across campaigns, events, ads, and community.

📨 What you’ll do:

  • Lead creative direction for campaigns & brand voice
  • Run ads and track performance
  • Handle our email marketing flow & copy
  • Build and nurture our influencer + PR community
  • Dream up & execute brand events
  • Design assets for our website and optimise Shopify
  • Dig into social analytics to keep levelling us up

🪄 You’ll thrive if you:

  • Live and breathe fashion, trends, and storytelling
  • Have 2 - 3 years in creative, brand, or social (agency or in-house)
  • Get energy from being close to the brand, not buried in guidelines
  • Can flip between strategy, performance and design without missing a beat
  • Care about both the story and the performance behind it

 

Website & Shopify Developer 

(Full-Time, WFH, Indonesia Only)

POV: You’re the kind of developer who doesn’t just see lines of code — you see how design, speed, and flow impact sales.

You know the difference between a site that “works” and a site that converts. You’re always asking:
👉 “Where are people dropping off?”
👉 “How do we make checkout smoother?”
👉 “What small changes could lift conversions fast?”

Someone who’s comfortable in Shopify’s backend, but also sharp enough to spot friction in the customer journey.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain & optimise our Shopify website for performance and speed

  • Audit and improve the customer journey with CRO in mind

  • Build custom features to boost engagement & checkout flow

  • Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues quickly

  • Implement design updates from our creative team

  • Track & suggest improvements based on analytics (conversion rate, bounce rate, load time)

You’ll thrive if you:

  • Have strong Shopify dev experience (Liquid, custom themes, apps & integrations)

  • Understand e-commerce conversion levers (UX, site speed, mobile-first design)

  • Can balance speed with detail and clean execution

  • Are proactive in suggesting CRO experiments or fixes

This is a freelance, remote role (project-based with potential for ongoing work).

 

Pattern Maker

Freelance, WFH, Greater Jakarta Only

Responsibilities

  • Interpret design briefs into accurate patterns
  • Lead fittings and revise patterns based on feedback
  • Deliver clear and complete technical packs

Requirements

  • 2–3 years' experience in pattern making, ideally with a mid to high-end brand
  • Confident in creating complex constructions (think: boning, pleats, padding, corsetry)
  • Skilled in Clo3D and digital pattern systems
  • Detail-obsessed, precise, and process-driven
  • Must be based in Jakarta or Tangerang
