Indonesian Customers
Exchanges for Indonesian customers are available within 14 days of the order's arrival. You can exchange to any other style, color or size within our store. To exchange,
- Items must be in their original condition, with labels attached and in perfect condition (unworn, unaltered, and unwashed).
- Items should be sent back to our warehouse address as directed – shipping fees borne by the customer.
- Once received by us, you will receive store credit following the value of your transaction. Store credit is valid 5 years from date of issue and can only be used on our website, Shopee or through Whatsapp.
- We do not offer cash refunds, only store credit.
International Customers
Unfortunately, exchanges for international customers are unavailable due to tax and shipping issues. We're actively working on this and hope to find some solutions soon - in the meantime, we ask that you carefully consider your item before purchase!
If you're an international customer and receive an incorrect or defective item, however, don't worry – we're here to help. Please reach out to our customer service team via WhatsApp or email, and we'll make it right with a replacement or another suitable solution.
